Internship

Dear students, 

Internships are foreseen to reinforce the theoretical and applied knowledge acquired in the Physics Department Undergraduate Education and are considered as a part of the education process, in line with the principles determined here, in terms of time, duration and subject, "Yıldız Technical University Undergraduate Education Internship Practices", "YTU Faculty of Arts and Sciences". These are the application studies to be carried out in private or public workplaces within the framework of the "Undergraduate Education Internship Practice Principles" and "YTU Faculty of Arts and Sciences Physics Department Undergraduate Education Internship Practice Principles". 

 We kindly ask you to follow the processes explained in detail in the internship directive in order to ensure that the internships you will do within the scope of "Physics Department Internship Practice Principles" run smoothly and are completed successfully. 

 

INTERNSHIP COMMISSION 

Documents required for internship application: 

  • · SSI Internship Form (After signing by the institution where he/she will do internship) (3 pieces) 
  • Internship Evaluation Form 
  • · Internship Registration Form 
  • · General Health Insurance Declaration and Commitment Form 
  • · The Intern's Internship Institution Evaluation Questionnaire Form 
  • · Intern Evaluation Questionnaire Form 
  • · Copy of Identity Card 
  • · Calendar Containing the Months and Days of Internship(2) 
  • · 2 photos 
  • · Internships book 

At least 10 days before our student starts the internship; 

Internship commission; 

It presents the Internship SGK Form, (after you sign the internship institution, the Internship SSI form), the internship book, the internship registration form, the photocopy of the identity card, and the teaching calendar showing the start and end of the internship. 

Before each student internship; 

  • · “Internship Registration Form” 
  • · “SGK Internship Form” (After having it signed by the institution where the internship will be done) 
  • · "Internship Book" 

It must be approved by the Head of the Department. 

To the accounting unit of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; 

The Internship SSI Form signed by the Commission, a photocopy of the identity card, and the teaching calendar showing the start and end of the internship are submitted. 

Internship commission; 

The social security institution submits the insured employment statement and the Internship SSI Form (in the file). 

To the institution/organization where he/she will do his internship; 

Internship registration form, Internship SSI form, Social security institution insured employment declaration (signed) and Internship book are presented.
